  Joseph Mulrey "Joey" McIntyre (lahir 31 Desember 1972) adalah seorang penyanyi-penulis lagu Amerika dan aktor. Ia paling dikenal sebagai anggota termuda dari kelompok, New Kids on Blok.
Tepat sebelum ulang tahun ke-13, ia bergabung dengan New Kids on Blok, menggantikan Jamie Kelly. Sejak empat lainnya anggota kelompok sudah teman-teman sekolah lama, dia awalnya merasa sulit untuk bergabung dengan kelompok. New Kids on Blok menjadi salah satu boy band paling sukses hingga saat ini, memproduksi dua album nomor satu di tangga lagu US Billboard. Pada tahun 1991, Forbes terdaftar band sebagai penghibur terkaya, mengalahkan Madonna dan Michael Jackson. Band ini akhirnya bubar pada tahun 1994.
